How can SoundHelix be synchronized to an external MIDI device?

Synchronizing SoundHelix to an external MIDI device for receiving MIDI timing ticks and START, STOP and CONTINUE MIDI messages is possible since version 0.7. Please see the MidiPlayer for details.
